In early 2002, JPMorgan Chase engaged Play to launch a global leadership program for the firm's top 2000 global employees. Play was tasked with designing a learning environment that brought the emotion and spirit of the leadership initiative to life. For the program Play handled environmental design, installation and on-site management of the creative spaces. Rooms were designed with very simple elements that represented singular thoughts based on creative thinking. The room included: play, create, grow, inspire, climb, soar, celebrate, build, dream, and reflect. The environments were preserved as permanent rooms within the leadership center.
